Delete your support account

If you created a Niche-Knack support account, use this form to request permanent deletion of that shared account and its associated personal data. Sign in with that account and confirm below. You do not need to explain your decision or start a support conversation.

We complete verified deletion requests within 7 days. The form saves a receipt immediately. Niche-Knack support will complete deletion and confirm by email, or explain a specific record that must remain for a legal or transaction-related reason.

This affects the shared account used by Niche-Knack and Choirboy services, regardless of which app brought you here. Account profile, account-based app access, and associated support conversations are removed. Transaction records that must be retained are separated from the account. Backup copies expire under the operational backup schedule.

Your locally saved app work and device identities are separate. This request does not remotely erase your devices, external backups, or copies already shared with other people or services.

Cancel any subscription with the service that bills you; deleting an account does not cancel store billing or refund a purchase. Device-based demo verification records are separate from the support account. This request does not erase those records or restart a demo.
