Company accounts & support — BOTH brands

These backups include the shared accounts, purchases, support conversations, attached logs and settings for Choirboy and Niche-Knack Apps.

Restoring replaces this shared data for both brands. It does not restore app binaries, website code, Choirboy catalog or media, server configuration, or encryption and email secrets. Keep those in your infrastructure backup.

Before restoring, we create a safety snapshot. Pending email will need your review afterward, and automated support will be turned off to prevent old jobs running again.

Saved backups

Download a copy and keep it somewhere private. A backup contains customer data for both brands.

Upload a saved backup

Choose a company backup ZIP, up to 256 MiB. Uploading adds it to the list; it does not restore anything.

Changes made after the selected backup will be replaced. Both websites will briefly pause, and everyone will need to sign in again.
