Manage hub users and assistant keys

Give each person or tool access to the projects they need.

Before you start: An administrator account to manage users, or your own account to manage API keys.

Step by step

  1. Choose a user role

Open Settings → Users → Add user. Use member for project editing or viewer for reading and asking questions. Select assigned projects and save the user.

  2. Save the sign-in code

Copy the new access code when it appears and give it to that person through a private channel. It is shown once.

  3. Create a tool-specific key

Open API keys. Enter a key name, choose Browser clipping or Assistant / MCP, select allowed projects, and set an expiry. Enable proposed notes only when needed.

  4. Use and revoke the key

Copy the new key into the tool’s credential setting. Use Revoke beside the key to stop that connection. Reset code replaces a user’s sign-in code and revokes their sessions, assistant connections, and keys.
